Notification of Transport of Regulated Materials

​No supporting documentation is required.​

​The form must be submitted to FANR for approval at least three business days before the proposed date and time of transport for a Category 1 source, and at least 24 hours before the start of transport for a Category 2 or a Category 3 source.​

• You can apply through the fanr e-licensing system here https://elicense.fanr.gov.ae/
• Click on the ‘Transport’ tab, fill in the required information and submit your Notification of Transport of Regulated Material.
