Description
If the licensee wishes to surrender the licence then, apply for licence surrender is required and should make sure the status of the regulated materials in inventory list stated as custody transfer
Required Documents
- 30 days before license surrender, a proof must be submitted of Facility Decommissioning completion pursuant to the requirements as set forth in FANR-REG-21, where applicable
- Demonstration that the Licensee is no longer in possession of Regulated Materials for which the License was granted
- Demonstration that the Licensee has fulfilled all the obligations as set out in the License conditions
